1.
Agreement. By visiting blahforecast.com, blahfuture.com, or the BLAH. members site (together, "BLAH."), or by buying a membership or pass, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use BLAH.
2.
Ownership. All BLAH. content belongs to BLAH. and its creator, Jake Shelby, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. That includes forecasts, calls, signals, runways, looks, images, videos, films, editorials, guides, text, design and the BLAH. name and marks. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
3.
Your license. While your membership or pass is active, you get a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to view member content for your own private use. You can't sublicense, sell or share this license.
4.
What you may not do. Without our written permission, you may not:
- copy, repost, screenshot, screen-record, download, republish or distribute member content, in whole or in part, on social media or anywhere else;
- share your login or let anyone else use your account;
- present BLAH. forecasts, calls, looks or editorial as your own;
- scrape, crawl or use automated tools to collect content, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models;
- resell, adapt, or make commercial use of any BLAH. content.
5.
Sharing allowed. You're welcome to share links to BLAH. and our free public pages, and to quote short excerpts with clear credit to BLAH. and a link to blahforecast.com.
6.
Enforcement. If you break these terms, we can suspend or cancel your access right away without a refund. We can also file takedown requests and pursue any other remedies the law allows.
7.
Memberships and payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel a monthly membership anytime, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Season passes are one-time purchases covering the stated season.
8.
Complimentary access. Invite or complimentary access is limited to the content it names, and we can change or revoke it at any time.
9.
Forecasts are opinions. BLAH. forecasts are our creative and editorial opinion, not guarantees. Buying or styling decisions you make based on them are your own.
10.
Changes. We may update BLAH. or these terms from time to time. If you keep using BLAH. after an update, you accept the new terms.
11.
Disclaimer and liability. BLAH. is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
12.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
